What's new
- Added per-world permission support.
- Added chance of teleportation to the config (100 = always teleport).
- Added inner and outer radius to config. NOTE: This breaks backwards-compatibility with previous EnderFu config files!
- Added angle to config, which specifies the max angle range from center to teleport to.
- Cannot set all worlds to "false" in permissions by setting "enderfu.world.*: false". Must explicitly set each world false if you want all of them false.
