What's new
- Now responds to ALL projectile attacks and living entity attacks.
- Removed "melee" and "arrow" from config; they no longer do anything, because...
- Added permissions "enderfu.melee" and "enderfu.projectile", both defaulting to true.
- Removed "enderfu.use" permission, as it has been replaced by the previous two.
- Added chat coloration.
