+ Added option for disallowing conflicting enchantments
+ Added option for disallowing players apply non applicable enchantments to items
+ Changed cost system, new formula: PerLevel * (Level - 1) + Base
+ Added "Base" and "PerLevel" values in config, removed "Default"
