Enchantment Upgrade

Complete system overhaul!
Upgrading only requires 1 altar now. However, you don't get materials back!
Detects all enchantments and their levels automatically.
Blocks upgrading enchantments past level 10 (X)
Added Fishing Rod enchantments!
