Allows you to use "Altars" to gain up to 5 more enchantment levels for items than vanilla Minecraft enchanting will allow.

Change: Tier 6 is now back to stone blocks in the corner *applause*
Change: Tier 3's Top Most block (the block you click, used to be obsidian) is now a redstone block
