EnchantExtractor

Puts item enchantments into an enchanted book and gives it to the player.
Commands:
- ebook:
- Creates an enchanted book from the current item. The item will lose its enchantments.
- exenchant:
- Removes all enchantments from the current item.
Permissions:
- enchantment.tobook:
- Allows creating enchanted books from items. Defaults to all players
- enchantment.extract:
- Allows removing enchantments entirely. Defaults to all players.
