EmotiPlugin allows players to set their mood (ex. Angry, Happy, Tired) and check other player's moods. Plus.. HUGGING!

Config

broadcasts: true/false This setting turns public broadcasts on and off. When broadcasts is true it will pick from one of 3/4 sayings to send the mood change to the server. If true the whole server will be notified of mood changes, if false only the player who types the command is notified. This doesn't apply to /hug.
