- Fixed all Permission bugs (I hope, please report) Credits @Jogy34 - Added new command /downtime-check (Check if server on downtime..by default everybody can use it) - Cleaned up code and useless imports. - Added more color :D

Polishing the plugin for release! And any feature requests, post them as comments!

Server does not become in downtime when nobody is in the server (weird bug but im on it). Possible bug: Config may not show up on kick!
