Supported Versions

- Removed WaterSlap, will later be replaced with BloodControl
- Added a carry effect to water after being hit
- Water that hit an enemy is now source-able
- Added an inter-actable lightning charge
- Made air and fire blasts not able to hit through/travel through walls (hopefully)
- Added temperatures to water attacks, of which cold can disable certain moves and severely cripple those hit
- Fixed weirdness with the right-click-jetpack esque-function airmanipulation has
- A lot of things in general are untested, PM/contact me in some way with any bugs not below
- May have something wrong with the way attack collisions are handled
- Fire is not very balanced/incomplete
- Movement (and therefore slows) is not implemented
- Some descriptions are incomplete/Misleading
- Lightning does not have a default charge

- No editable % fall damage or air punishment config values
