EggChest

For this version of EggChest I have stopped the natural spawning of eggs from chickens, this to stop interference with the plugin (will be changed to add option for spawning in a little while). I have also changed the loading and failure message of the plugin to make it clear that the plugin has been loaded or the process has failed completely.
