- Decided to remove dummy config.yml. Not making an update checker anymore.
- Changed the version number displayed on loading of plugin.

v 1.2.9:

- Dummy config.yml generated. Please don't touch. Still developing that part
- Very minor bug fixes and changes, still buggy with main command

- Main command (/effectsplus) buggy when typed by itself

The main command, "/effectsplus" causes an "Internal Error" when executed. I am trying STILL trying to figure how to fix this. Thanks.
