Changelog:

- Dummy config.yml generated. Please don't touch. Still developing that part
- Very minor bug fixes and changes, still buggy with main command

v 1.2.8:

- Initial Release
- Main command (/effectsplus) buggy when typed by itself

The main command, "/effectsplus" causes an "Internal Error" when executed. I am trying to figure how to fix this. Thanks.
