EcoEnchant
What is it?
EcoEnchant is a simple plugin, suggested by Amatokus, that instead of buying enchantments with levels, you buy them with money! You can configure the price per level (default $2/level). You must have the amount of levels necessary for the enchantment, though.

- Figure out how to not require the player to have the levels.
