+ "/unwarn [player]": Reset the level of the player

⇒ Comments ("#") are a little bit buggy yet, because if you make a warning, they will disappear, hopefully fixed the next update.

* You have to delete your "EasyWarn"-folder if you update, sorry! (You can try to copy warnings of players to the new file!)
