Added a new command :
- /freeze Freezes all the players on the server
- /chat Disables chat from non-ops
Added new permissions
- easym.reload Allows the player to reload the config file.
- easym.m Allows the player to use the auto messenger.
- easym.* Allows the player to use all commands
- easym.pm Allows the player to send personal messages to other players
- easym.bc Allows the player to stop / start the auto broadcast
