EasyHats is a simply plugin while add Hat. You can choose your Hats in a gui (if you have the permissions).

Commands	utility
/hats gui	used to open Hats gui
/hats reload	used to reload config file

permissions	utility
hats.admin	Player have all permissions
hats.all	Allow player to use all Hats
hats.open	Allow player to open Hats Gui
hats.reload	Allow player to use /hats reload
hats.melon	Allow player to use Melon Hat
hats.dirt	Allow player to use Dirt Hat
hats.stone	Allow player to use Stone Hat
hats.furnace	Allow player to use Furnace Hat
hats.leaves	Allow player to use Leaves Hat
hats.quartz	Allow player to use Quartz Hat
hats.ironore	Allow player to use IronOre Hat
hats.goldore	Allow player to use GoldOre Hat
hats.diamondore	Allow player to use DiamondOre Hat
hats.emeraldore	Allow player to use EmeraldOre Hat
