You MUST install Jython 2.7.0 Standalone JAR for this to work (I am not allowed to distribute the Jython libraries in the module apparently). This is in order to obtain the cPickle libraries needed to decrypt the MCDungeon cache file. Download form: http://www.jython.org/downloads.html

Either put the Jython JAR into your existing Java classpath, or (if you dont know how to do this) put it into a separate folder, and start Bukkit/Spigot with the additional option -Djava.ext.dirs=/path/to/dir for whatever /path/to/dir you have installed the JAR into.

This is very unlikely to work with Jython 3.x or later when it comes out. Note that your Jython version should match the Python version under which you ran MCDungeon.
