Testing version.
Dropped IRCraft support as it seems out of date. Updated other plugins. Needs testing.
- This has not been extensively tested. I think it should work fine, but bugs are likely, especially with plugins other than MonsterIRC and CraftIRC.
- This always passes dynmap chat to IRC; however, the reverse is currently only possible with CraftIRC 3 and MonsterIRC.
