This has been long awaited - POTIONS

NOTE: I set the price of all potions to 5 because I have no clue what to value them at. So all of them will start at 5 dollars with, I believe, a .2 velocity. I suggest changing these settings before usage, unless you want people buying double strength potions for the price of regular potions. Also, I included ALL potions, including ones that can't be obtained in-game (thick potion, some extended and II potions). Feel free to ban, or keep. I'm giving you that option.

* Pistons and Stickypistons, when sold, do not get removed from inventory. I recommend putting them on the banned list until this is fixed!
