DyeCommand adds a command to dye leather armour. I created it because I got annoyed at the overcomplex way to precisely dye leather armour using NBT-editing software. It's kind of a mini-plugin, but quite useful. It allows you to use colours you can't have on armour without NBT-editing.

The command defaults to OP only, and colours are specified in the RGB format. Valid values range between 0 and 255 inclusive.
