IF UPDATING FROM OLDER VERSIONS: Regenerate both the 'config.yml' and 'messages.yml' files!
Major changes:
- Readded KeepStateOffline, now without leaking data.
- PotionEffects are now rollbackable.
- Fixed Vault disabling before Duties by adding dependencies at server shutdown. Vault is in there by default.
- '/duties reload' now works for 'messages.yml'
- Reminders now works again
- Added events for the API.
