IF UPDATING FROM OLDER VERSIONS: Regenerate both the 'config.yml' and 'messages.yml' files!

Major changes:

  • Readded KeepStateOffline, now without leaking data.
  • PotionEffects are now rollbackable.
  • Fixed Vault disabling before Duties by adding dependencies at server shutdown. Vault is in there by default.
  • '/duties reload' now works for 'messages.yml'
