Features:
This is a pretty straight forward plugin it allows the player to be drunk and have potion effects on them it also removes 5 hearts of the player
Commands:
/drunk - Executes the command and makes them drunk!
More commands will be here shortly
Permissions:
drunk.use - Access to /drunk command
