DropParty

Full recode of the drop party plugin.

• No longer has crappy code
• Abstracted parties so that many more types will be implemented in the future
• Now uses .yml files instead of a MySQL/SQLite database
• Much more user friendly
• Has all of the features of v2 except for the features listed in known caveats
• Can configure a party to allow players to vote to start it
• Can configure a party to start automatically every certain period of time

This version is listed as beta because it is missing the following features:

• Listing parties
• Listing the settings of a party
• Listing the item points of a party
• Listing the firework points of a party
• Listing the chests of a chest party
• Removing the chest of a certain id
• Removing the item point of a certain id
• Removing the firework point of a certain id
• Resetting a party setting to its default value
• Custom parties that drop configurable items

These features are not necessary for the beta to work, but will be added very soon.
