What this plugin does only is to disables players to drop their objects (e.g. Diamond Sword,Iron Pickaxe etc.)

Long description: This is a plugin which is designed to stop people from dropping their stuff. When a player tries to press 'Q'(default), he will be messaged because he does not have permission to. Before you ask any questions,please read the 'WAQ' first.
