Description:
This is my seconds plugin, so once again I apologize for any bugs.
This plugin allows users to use the command /lucky and a random thing/effect will happen.

Features:
At the moment 40+ different effects/events.
Configurable Global Cooldown
Positive and Negative effects/events.

Some Events/Effects.
Lightning hits the player and surround them with Lighting (Effect).
Cake dropping from the sky.
Arrow Rain.
Get Drunk.
Glados lying about cake and spawning creepers.
Various Positive and Negative effects lasting 30 seconds (Blind, Regeneration, Poison).
TNT Damage.
More to come, in the end would be nice to have 100 different events/effects.

Name may change along with the command.
