Changes:
- Added option to color players' nametag according to their team
- Added option to remove mob armor, since mobs have a chance of spawning with armor now
- Added option to give mobs a leather helmet, so skeletons and zombies don't burn in sunlight
- Removed forceMobSpawn option, fixed mobs spawning from dispensers
- Implements Metrics from MCStats.org
