- Now you can define region (provided by WorldGuard) where Dogtags features (dropping dogtags or player's head) are disabled. It could be useful to prevent item farming at PVP-arenas (or anywhere you want)
- New command: /dogtag rg [region name] - shows list or toggles regions state (disable/enable Dogtags in region)
