DisposalSign

Change / fix: Right-clicking a DisposalSign now cancels block / sign placement on the face of the DisposalSign. Tested on 1.3.1-R2.0 (Sourcecode included in the jar)

First release. Originally built on 1.2.5-R5 with java 7. Tested on 1.3.1-R0 (13th development build) Permissions only tested against PEX 1.19.2 and 1.19.3. Please let me know if my plugin doesnt work with your preferred permission plugin.

Standing on the second "floor" block directly in front of a DisposalSign and holding any type of block while right-clicking / using the DisposalSign will prevent DisposalSign from correctly obtaining the sign information. This effectively prevents the DisposalSign "chest" from being displayed. This only happens while holding a block - holding items, signs or nothing doesnt seem to produce this failure to open the window.

I have not yet been able to create a work around for this so for now the simplest way to get around this is simply to swap the block you'r holding for anything else or nothing = empty hands.
