Usage

Edit config.yml to allow or disallow items from being dispensed or dropped globally across your server.
Give dispenseit.place.dispenser permission to the groups you want to be able to place dispensers.
Give dispenseit.place.dropper permission to the groups you want to be able to place droppers.

Current features

Feature	Function
Dispenser Blacklisting	Allows you to block certain items from being dispensed.
Dropper Blacklisting	Allows you to block certain items from being dropped.
Permissions	Allows only the users who have the dispenseit.place node to place dispensers.

Metrics

To determine popularity of versions, features, and lingering usage, plugin installs are automatically tracked by the Metrics plugin tracking system. If you don't want to help or are paranoid, edit plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml and set opt-out to true.
