- Removed SpoutPlugin support completely
- NetServerHandler override now grabs all original field values
- May cause players to fall into the void? Shouldn't happen again after they respawn from it (I hope...)
- Added a delay for the NSH injection (configurable) [increase to stop falling-into-void issues]
- Player disguises can now burn
- Entity death animation is shown (part of optionals)
- Turned whether or not you lose your disguise on logout into a config option
