DisCoreBot

Added support for Discord channel threads. Added events related to the status of DiscorreBot.

• DiscorreBotReady Event Called when DiscorreBot's functionality becomes available. (Added as an alternative to onEnable.)
• DiscorreBotStopEvent Called when DiscorreBot stops itself due to a mismatch or other issue. (Added primarily to support the safe stopping of add-ons.)

Discordチャンネルスレッドをサポートを追加 DisCoreBotの状態に関するイベントを追加

• DisCoreBotReadyEvent DisCoreBotの機能が使用できる状態になったときに呼び出される。(onEnableの代替を目的に追加しました。)
• DisCoreBotStopEvent DisCoreBotがトークンの不一致などで自身を停止する際に呼ばれる。(主にアドオンの安全な停止をサポートする目的で追加しました。)
