This plugin is used to disable teleporting initiated by other plugins or by commands. It can also be used to disable the use of ender pearls.
To use the plugin, drop it into your /plugins folder and restart your server. Then assign these permission nodes to players that you DON'T want teleporting enabled for:

disableteleporting.general - Disable teleporting by commands and other plugins.
disableteleporting.enderpearl - Disable the teleport effect of ender pearls.
