Fixed bug where yaw is confused with pitch when travelling through existing portals
Fixed bug where travellers entering portals sideways on the first attempt created portals orientated the wrong way
Fixed bug where portal block orientations did not match the orientation of the frame
Improved the efficiency of the portal calculations
