DimensionRestricter

The plugin disables the end for players that do not have the permission dimensionrestricter.enterend and nether with dimensionrestricter.enternether
It works by sending the player back to spawn when entering the end or nether, the player enters the end for a very short while, but the achievement "The End?" will still be reached.
