Dimension Teleporter

Teleport between worlds/dimensions without MultiVerse or Essentials.

For whatever reason I have not been able to find a plugin that does this, so I made it myself.

Usage:
/dt - displays a list of loaded worlds.
/dt <world name> - Teleports you to the specified world's spawn point.
/dtp <world name> <player> - Teleports the specified player to the specified world's spawn point.
/dtspawn - teleports you to the current world's spawn location.

Permissions:
dimensionteleporter.tp - /dt
dimensionteleporter.dtp - /dtp
dimensionteleporter.dtspawn - /dtspawn

Both permissions are granted to OPs by default.
