V1.1.0 - Somewhat of a major re-write, fixed it so it now only uses one command /derp | removed /gderp | /derp now can be used with/without a name trailing | code optimization, not that there was much to optimize :/

V1.0.1 Added guest derp ability -> they can only derp themselves using the /gderp command. Fixed a mistake made in default permissions.
