* Update for CraftBukkit 1.6.1.
* Fix Copyblock and Modifyblock commands.
* Fix item IDs in crafting listeners.
* Add math tags. Example usage: <m:1+41>
* Add notable tags. Example usage: <notable:Wizard Tower>
* Add <player.inregion[region_name]> tag that lets you check if a player is inside a specific Worldguard region.
