What is this?
This was inspired by the spout-based winter plugin that was developed in the winter of 2011. It recreates the stack-able snow feature without the use of Spout, all with original code of course!

Features:

• 
  
• Stacks snow in increments of 1/8th blocks when a snowball is thrown. The snow stacks where the snowball impacts.
  
• Respects protected regions. If you can't build in it, then you can't snow it up.
