What's new ?

- Added Translation and Language files.
- Support 3 Languages: English, Bulgarian, German.
- You can make your own translation, rename the file as language inside, set that language in the Configuration file - language: yourtranslatedfile and your file will load on /dp reload or server restart.
- change max health for Horse to 80.
- I think i fix /reload command from console, Reloading whole server.
- /dp reload - change and language, but watch for bugs, if any please report to fix it.

Important

- It will create NEW CONFIGURATION FILE and will Backup the Old one.

- none at the moment.
