Killed someone or some mob recently? Nobody believed you? Now you can prove it! Just show them the head!

zombie-droprate	double	10.0	How likely (in a percent) a zombie is to drop its head on death
creeper-droprate	double	20.0	How likely (in a percent) a creeper is to drop its head on death
looting-rate	double	10.0	Increase in droprate when using a looting-enchanted weapon
players-pk-only	boolean	true	Whether or not players must be killed by another player to drop their head
mobs-pk-only	boolean	true	Whether or not mobs must be killed by a player to drop their head
