Death Plugin

• Beta mode is fully released now! You are not allowed to disable it anymore.
• Finally fixed the y bug! You should not be falling to your death now when your unbanned.
• You must now have your locked y value greater then 200
• Plugin metrics has been added!
• When a banned player tries to join, a blank line would show. That is now fixed.
• Fixed the original death message so it doesn't appear when the player dies.
• If a player kills another player, they will not be banned (Configurable feature)
• Disabled worlds now configurable

This release is a theory release! That means this version is untested and will have bugs. Please report any bugs to pogo4545.
