Added a config with the option to only show the firework effect, instead of launching a firework that flies into the air.
Firework-air-launch: true (Will launch a firework into the air.)
Firework-air-launch: false (Will only show the effect.)

Fixed a small bug in the plugin that caused it to spam errors in the console on startup.

The new firework effect only option works about 90% of the time. For some reason, every once and a while, the effect won't be played. I will try to fix this in a later update.
