• Option to require players to have a chest on them to chest their stuff in.
• No more lingering death chests and mineable drops on a reboot. (We save all the death chests every 5 minutes, or on server shutdown.)

If you require chests to be on a player when they die, and they are only carrying one chest, the chest will be empty.
Signs face the wrong way on 1.5 and 1.6
