Chainmail is the rarest armor in the game, yet acquiring chainmail does nothing special for your users since it is weaker than diamond armor. DamageReduction aims to fix that by watching for damage against players who have the proper permission, and reducing the damage by up to 1 heart. This reduces the wear and tear on the armor and effectively brings up the defensive value.
DamageReduction is a very lightweight plugin, as it is basically a simple event listener with very little logic required.

Future Plans:
- Extend to more armors than just chainmail
- Make chainmail vulnerable to arrows (toggleable in the config)
- Make a command to turn on damage reduction for a limited amount of time
- Charge a cost of money or items to turn on
