Core Features

1. Custom Tools Management - Designed to create and manage custom tools (though the current implementation shows placeholder messages)
2. Command Interface - Provides a /customtools command with subcommands:
   • /customtools give <tool> - Give a custom tool to a player
   • /customtools list - List all available custom tools

Current Implementation Status

The plugin currently provides the command framework and permission system, but the actual tool giving/listing/reloading functionality shows placeholder messages ("No custom tools are currently available."). This suggests the plugin is structured to be extended with actual custom tool definitions that would integrate with CustomItems.
