[+] Added new Permissions:

CustomShields.multiple (Have more than one of each shield in current inventory)
CustomShields.give (Give shields to others / yourself & add entry to players.yml --> Needed for /shield give & /shield addp
CustomShields.get (Use /shield get, choose shields unlimited amount of times)

• /shield get ; Lets sender choose from a shield & reloads config.yml (Permission or player-entry needed)

• /shield addp [Name] [Amount] ; Lets players without the CustomShields.give permission choose a shield via /shield get for the specified amount of times (Permission CustomShields.give needed; executable from console)

• /shield give [Name] [ShieldNumberFromCfg] (Permission CustomShields.give needed; executable from console)
