What's new
- Fixed TPS not working
- Fixed the config not saving properly
- Added /customscoreboard reload (reloads the config but as of right now ONLY booleans and player must relog to see change)
- Added permission customscoreboard.reload
- Vault and mcMMO are no longer required dependencies, Instead they are completely optional, and are set to false by default in the config (dont enable unless you have the specified)
