`/heal`allows you to heal yourself`/heal [player]`allows you to heal other players`/feed` allows you to feed yourself`/feed [player]` allows you to feed other players`/healfeed reload`reloads plugin settings instantly
For any of these options, the health, hunger and saturation can be configured in `config.yml` by toggling the value `true/false`
