Allows you to set custom despawn timers per item in the plugin config.yml.
Can set any dropped item and the amount of seconds before despawned.
Helps reduce item clutter and lag caused by it, improving server experience.
Config can be reloaded by /despawnrate reload or you can enable debug with /despawnrate debug, which prints console output for review.
